"CCIOA" COLORADO COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP ACT

1. Go to the State of Colorado Website http://www.colorado.gov

2. Click on State Legislature

3. Click on Colorado Revised Statutes

4. Click on the big Yellow Box in the center

5. You now will see a little yellow file on the left called Colorado Revised Statutes. Click on it and the index will appear.

6. Click on little yellow file - Title 38

7. Click on Real Property, then Interests in Land

8. Clock on Article 33.3 - You now have the CCIOA index--Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act.
